Emma Madrigal, MA is Reddy GI’s Office Lead and Prior Authorization Specialist. She manages and supports the daily operations including intake, triage, back-office functions, managing prior authorizations for a variety of medications and online portals.
A native of Chihuahua, Mexico, Emma’s family moved to Arizona in 1994 seeking better opportunities and a brighter future for her and her siblings. She left 12 years in the automotive industry to join Reddy GI and her responsibilities have grown thanks to her hard work and commitment. Outside of work, she finds satisfaction in maintaining a clean, organized home and loves traveling and exploring new places whenever possible.
“What I find most satisfying in my work here is the opportunity to make a positive impact in the medical field by assisting patients and contributing to their well-being,” said Emma. “And the camaraderie and collaboration with my colleagues make the work even more enjoyable and fulfilling.”
One of her favorite tasks is patient care coordination, during which she assists the IBD provider by conducting weekly return and follow-up calls with patients. By establishing and nurturing relationships with infusion centers and specialty pharmacies, she helps ensure patient compliance with their treatment regimens through monitoring routine labs and office visits.

Fortunately for the patients of Reddy GI, the automotive industry couldn’t hold a candle to the rewarding nature of healthcare. Otherwise, patients wouldn’t have enjoyed the opportunity during the past 11 years to interact with Emma Madrigal, MA.
