On our secure patient portal, patients can request medication refills, view referrals, request an appointment, pay bills, and update personal information.
If you consented and provided an email, you are registered and an automated email with instructions was sent to you. You can also log in using your mobile phone. If you need assistance setting up your portal, please call our office.
You may make online appointment scheduling requests provided your insurance doesn’t require a referral from your primary doctor and you provide all the necessary information.
If your insurance requires a referral, it is your responsibility to get a referral prior to making an appointment.
